My modifications:
Stuffing:
Add to skillet in order –
1 pack chorizo
3/4 diced onion
2 jalapeno
2 serrano
Once browned off and onions translucent, add
Tomato paste
2 cups onion water
Jasmine Rice (maybe a cup? – forgot to rinse)
Pepper
Parsley
Cook until liquid absorbed
Onions:
4 onions
Salted water
Sauce:
2 cups onion water
2 cans El Pato yellow
Sm Spoon of veg bullion
1/2 light lager
Bit of ACV
Bake covered 400 for 45
Uncovered for 45
Broil for 5
Cool 10 min
Notes:
*Just barely didn't fill small baking tray
*Had a little leftover stuffing
*Used onion cores on bottom of tray
